Dr. McCraw and the folks at McCraw Family Medicine are knowledgeable, caring, helpful, etc. Of all the doctors I have had over my life time, he is my favorite.

I'm giving this place two stars because it's very close to where I live, and the doctors are very competent and courteous. So then, why only the two stars? Because you have to wait an extremely long time to see the doctors. They don't seem to value your time. If I have an appointment for 3 o'clock, then I expect to be seen at 3 o'clock or very shortly thereafter. My 17 years old daughter was referred by her primary care physician for an ultrasound of her breast because of a painful lump. Both the technician and the physician at the breast imaging center made her feel she was a hypochondriac. He and his staff and friendly, nice and are good people. Dr Ranganoth and my other cardiologist Dr. B Hirsch both take take the time to demonstrate what needs to done prior to the procedure and what was done afterwards, putting me feel at ease. These two doctors are amazing and wonderful men.

The hospital is clean but I have some doubts about some of the other aspects of the hospital. I am sure their are good people there.

I had miscalculated my appointment time and was going to be an hour late for my appointment. Instead of having to reschedule the staff worked it out so I could be seen at the time of my arrival. They all were very kind and courteous to me and excepting to my lateness.
