Too many bad experiences with this hospital and ER, and one experience most likely unethical being a Christian-based facility. They did not began originally this way but has declined into a nightmare. I will never take another love one there...:(

the staff there was great and very friendly, although Dr. Church was very rude and unprofessional, never have i experienced such a rude unprofessional doctor, he was not helpful or willing to help, all he did during the visit was criticize me for the whole hour i was there, he didnt give me a chance to explain or talk to him about what was going on and why i was there to visit him. the doctor made unnecessary and hurtful comments, brushed my concerns off on the ground. I had knee surgery here September 2016 and I can't speak more highly of the nurses, Dr. that gave me my anesthesia, the admitting staff, etc. Very professional and caring! I would got there again, if needed!
As of many, many weeks at Cornerstone, we have yet to see much of physical therapy. Promises of this and that but fail to show much of the time and when they do, well, there's not much therapy. Extremely limited equipment from what I can tell. "Gym" is really a farce. Staff friendly but ofen work short handed. Nurses working too many hours a week. My husband and myself have been to Mercy a number of times for health care and on emergency situations over the last 11 years. We have NEVER experienced one rude staff member or inefficient doctor or nurse practitioner. In all the 11 years we have been going for test, treatments, and surgery, we have had the Best care from kind and caring staff and doctors. We have much respect and praise for Mercy. Thank you all so much for extraordinary care.
Office is very friendly and they have met all my needs. They been very efficient in calling my refills, returning message from the Dr. and Dr. herself has called me personally to talk to me too. Dr. Maheshwari is a very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and has met all my medical needs. I would high recommend Dr. to all my friends and family.
This pain management office staff is racist. Front desk staff has very poor customer service and they lie about the reason why they release patients. They need to be investigated by the medical board.
