Was advised by physician to get chest x-ray and wasn't sure where to go. Insurance carrier recommended Urgent Care of Fairfield and couldn't be more pleased. Sandy the x-ray tech was very helpful, professional and quick. Would not hesitate to go again.
So after 2 years, I am finally able to write this review. My father was taken to this hospital after suffering a heart attack in 2016. He had stage 4 colon cancer and had a DNR. It was clear he was in the final stages of his life and was in pain. At this point, the only medical service needed was pain management. My mom is 73 and has a heart condition and came in by ambulance. She was put in the waiting room in a wheelchair for 3 hours. The girls that register patients are non professional I not well groomed and just no customer service. My mom has insurance and goes to the doctor regularly. We don’t abuse the emergency room. She was not treated as a sick person with heart issues should be treated. Staff in registration area dirty clothes hair ungroomed. This used to be a decent hospital.

I went out in the same condition I went in in. The doctor was very unprofessional and very disagreeable. In other words a pompous ass that didn’t know as much as he thought. Mid evil Frankenstein practices. Save your life and go somewhere else.
Facility is nice. Friendly nurses. Those are my positive opinions. My Dr is another story. Stone faced, monotone, no empathy whatsoever. She judged me from day one. In my opinion it's because I don't have private insurance. If you don't have private insurance, I suggest you do research before considering Greenville Medical Center for a Dr.. I called the manager to bring my situation to to his awareness and he hasn't even called me back.
PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH DIGNITY HEALTH, IT COULD SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND OVERWHELMING UNDUE STRESS. This is the worst health care I have seen in years. From the little “tickets” Tracy gives you for specialty referrals to her lack of knowledge of her patient. Tells me my diebetis is under control every visit and I don’t have diebetis. Tells me I don’t have MRI Referal because she knows she didn’t send request and at end of visit says..... oh there’s the referal oops. Too many bad experiences with this hospital and ER, and one experience most likely unethical being a Christian-based facility. They did not began originally this way but has declined into a nightmare. I will never take another love one there...:(
