Based on personal experience with RHNO, I would not recommend RHNO to anyone who has medical issues other than needing the simplest of inpatient therapies and who can effectively communicate their needs. In 2017, my husband needed care for a recent tracheostomy and cervical spinal fusion. He could not breathe without the tracheostomy tube, could not swallow nor speak and was being fed through a nasal feeding tube. They were quick and efficient
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location. I was given the wrong treatment for a sprain and left in pain for 2 additional weeks as a result. On top of that, they continue to charge me for their mistake. I will not go back to this location again. I have tried to fix this situation (and my bill) repeatedly over 2 months. 10+ phone calls and emails to explain their poor treatment. I went to the hospital for an infection. Every staff member has a very positive attitude, and make me feel so comfortable that my recovery has been theirs number one priority. Excellent job. If I may name two people who were actively working in my recovery in such outstanding attitude, they are: Mallory (Nurse), and Joanna (CNA).
Dr Shivers seriously doesnt even deserve a 1 star review. My step son was scheduled for his 7th grade shots (tDap and Meningococcal) on Thursday 10/3/19 we went to his appointment. First we sat in the waiting room for an hour, then once we were taken back to a room the dr rushed through an exam in 5 mins or less,he didnt even ask many questions about his health but instead decided to question him about his grades and then say that his A's and B's could be better. Sat in room waiting for Nurse Practitioner for over 1 hour, with no information about length of wait. Finally walked out. Terrible practice. Not the first time we have been left for lon periods with no contact. Fortunately, we are moving, and will never have to visit this awful practice again!!!
Beautiful new facility with a medical clinic attached. Guthrie has clearly put a lot of effort into putting together a top-notch team and it shows!
