Dr. Matthews is an excellent orthopedist in all respects. He listens to the problem, examines and gets the necessary films/tests done. He is highly skilled in his procedures and his manner in the hospital and office are equally compassionate. His staff have also been responsive.
Dr. MATTHEWS replaced one of my hips and also both kneesas well as having done repair surgeries on both shoulders! I am a 77 year old daily golfer! I no longer walk the course, but due to Dr. MATTHEWS expertise I play pain free and live a very active life minus all my previous joint pain! He is extremely conciencious and very patient oriented! Hopefully I'll need no further orthopedic surgery, but if I do I am certain Dr. Matthews will be the man! Don Jorgensen

I met David Matthews M.D. while recovering from a very painful full knee replacement while a patient under another surgeon. He listened to all my Concerns and changed my medication to see if I'd get more relief.He was very caring. My pain was not controlled while at hospital, not due to anything Dr. Matthews had ordered., I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN SUCH HORRIBLE PAIN AFTER A JOINT KNEE REPLACEMENT. JUST FROM HIS CARING COMPASSIONATE MANNER I'D RECOMMEND DR.MATTHEWS. HE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL.
