This is my first experience as a patient with CSOG. I was greatly impressed by Dr. Matthews. I felt he took the time to listen to me explain my symptoms and the events that led to me seeing him. Dr. Matthews clearly proposed a plan of action and was able to easily schedule a MRI within 2 days of my appointment and a follow up appointment with him afterwards.
Staff was very professional
Initial appointment for consideration of knee replacement was thorough: coversation,examination, X-rays, blood work, and consideration for surgery scheduling was all taken care of. Dr. Matthews gave me great confidence that I was recommended by friends to a caring and skilled Orthopedic Doctor. I liked his soft spoken professional manner.
Dr Mathews is a superb orthopedic surgeon who performed a total hip replacement on me. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the surgery and the post-surgery care I received from Dr Mathews and Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group. They are GREAT! What makes Dr Mathews rise above all others is his caring demeanor, and the outstanding support group of Colorado Orthopedic group. He is simply the best there is.
Very professional, caring and offers conservative treatments. He listens and ensures your questions are answered.
Dr. Matthews and his team have this down. I have had hip and knee replacements due to rheumatoid arthritis and dr. Matthew is very knowledgeable of both my medical condition and my surgical conditions. He takes the time to show you your X-rays and explain things. He is very pleasant. A quick story. I took a book as I do to other offices (while waiting). He said "you didn't bring a book to MY office did you?"It is important to him and his team that they are on time with appointments. Love Stacy!
Dr Matthews is an incredible doctor. He repaired my husbands hip fracture and it has been excellent. My husband has a lot of arthritic changes and he is able to relieve his pain. He is a 5 in our book.
Office is very efficient. Dr. Is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Dr. And the office staff.
Was done in a courteous and professional manner. MY questions were answered. All of staff I had contact with was very courteous and helpful Wait time was about 30 minutes after scheduled apmt time , can understand Dr a be busy. Am retired have time. SAll staff
