Physician is knowledgeable and pleasant to Patient.
After suffering for over four years with bone on bone irritation in both knees I finally decided not to wait any longer. My primary care physician recommended orthopedic surgeon Dr. Matthews. I was impressed with his kind bedside manner and also was glad to know he had also had the surgery himself. We scheduled surgery and it was done to my liking sooner than later. Dr. Matthew had x-ray of pain area and explained the problem very thoroughly. He informed us of the treatments available and was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would recommend Dr. Matthews as both my husband and myself have previously been treated by him.

I would not want to go to anyone but doctor Matthews. He is very professional, calming and I always feel that at that moment I am his priority. He answers questions, shows and explains x-rays, prints copies of labs or anything you want pretty much. That could be because I'm a nurse but I'm sure he would do it for anyone. Also, I went in for an ortho issue and he picked up on a wound that was not healing well and treated both.
