Dr. Hu is an excellent listener to his patients. He explains medical conditions with care and detail. I highly recommend him.

I had two ankle surgeries prior to seeing Dr. Florence and was still spraining my ankle repeatedly. I am now two months post op from my third ankle surgery and can genuinely say I have not had my ankle feel this good and strong since prior to the first time I injured it. He completely fixed me and I am so incredibly grateful for him because he was so attentive and listened to my concerns and tried to avoid surgery unless it was absolutely necessary. Dr Florence is one of the best Dr's I have seen in a while. I love the fact he comes to your bed ask if you mind if he has prayer with you and the family.
It was quite refreshing being able to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon regarding a trigger finger without having months of wait time. In short order, Dr Katz explained the problem and the course of treatment. The treatment was begun that day. Questions were answered and follow up scheduled. Dr Katz was engaging, and I appreciated his knowledge and kindness.
Dr..Florence listened to my concerns and explained treatment options to help the pain in my knee. After he put an injection in my knee he gave instructions on follow up care. The wait time to see Dr. Florence was only a few minutes from my appointment time. I was pleased with that, also.
Dr. Florence was attentive, kind and respectful. He took the time to review my records prior to arriving, so I felt that he went above and beyond to make himself familiar with the reason for my visit and my past medical history. Dr. Florence is highly knowledgeable with regard to the hips and I would highly recommend anyone seeking an expert in the field. As it turned out, I had a procedure with Dr. Florence and he had a calming (rightfully earned) confidence that put me at ease. Can’t say enough!

I visited Dr Florence for the first time yesterday. He looked at my x-rays and scheduled a surgery for Monday. He was very pleasant, professional, explained my situation thoroughly, and gave me a rough timetable for recovery.
