He’s a great doctor and knows what he’s doing. He knows what he’s talking about and he sugarcoats absolutely nothing. That’s the kind of doctor this world needs. His bedside manner could be better. Character matters and all but the most important thing is he’s great at his work and that’s all I need so I’m leaving a full star rating. He’s corrected my spine due to scoliosis and degenerative disc issues. Thanks Dr. Tally!
Help with my back pain
I saw Dr. Mahoney for an initial visit. He listened carefully to what I said and made an initial diagnosis that I feel certain will, eventually, correct the problem.
First time ever meeting this doctor very nice guy talks to you really nice gave me an injection tell you what my hand is feeling really good easy peasy good doctor and the staff as well at Athens orthopedics on the third floor
He was abrupt. He kept interrupting me when I tried to talk to him. I felt like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. He in requesting an MRI before he considers an epidural. I agree with it but I can’t even get it until 2 weeks from now. I am in serious pain. I know Dr Hu has no control over the MRI schedule but I am also very frustrated about it.
Was so fortunate that Dr. Katz was able to squeeze me in as a last minute appointment after I broke my wrist. His staff was also wonderful and Dr. Katz did a fabulous job.
Dr Hu listens well, is very precise in his explanations, offers well constructed information about his procedures, why he thinks they will be helpful as well as what the limitations may be. I felt that I was in totally capable hands.
I have been to Dr Katz on numerous occasions over the past five or six years regarding my hands, and some pretty awful rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, pleasant, and caring, always keeping my best interest at heart. With his help, I am managing the arthritis and still avoiding surgery at least for now. When the time comes, Dr Katz will be the only person I will consider to be my surgeon, as I trust him implicitly.
Dr. Katz is everything I look for in a Doctor. Extreme skill, personable and his kindness is heart felt.
