I was extremely impressed that he was prepared and had actually read about my medical history prior to my appointment and was engaged and personable.
I have been treated by Dr. Hu for several years relating to intense back, hip, leg, neck and shoulder pain caused by a lifetime of previous injuries and Arthritis. Dr Mahoney took plenty of time to explain my condition and clearly provided 3 options for addressing the issue. Answered all question and even provided hi cell # if I had more questions later. Very impressed.
Made me feel comfortable from the moment he entered the room. Reviewed my X-ray in laymen’s terms and answered all my questions so I could understand. He gave me his phone number in case I needed to contact him with further questions. He was recommended to me by a friend who was a patient of Dr Mahoney. My nerves have been calmed.
He didn’t immediately start talking about surgery, but suggested that we try other approaches first. He performed several activities on my hands and checked my elbow as well. Today I got a cortisone shot and will report back in 6 to 8 weeks as to how that worked.

I had complete foot reconstruction for fallen arches. I am very pleased with the surgery outcome. Dr Florence and his nurse are compassionate and professional. Surgery was a success. I also love the team at the surgery center. I have recommended Dr Florence - great bedside manner
Dr. Tally and staff we super helpful in providing me a very clear diagnosis and treatment plan. The professionalism and empathy they exhibited made me very comfortable about proceeding with the treatment plan. Very pleased with the team.
