Dr. Cook sexually harassed and inappropriately touched me. I have never spoken of this on any public forum, but now I feel I must in case there are other women who are at risk. At the time, I felt I had no recourse because few doctors understood my disease or were willing to treat it, and Dr. Cook offered a wealth of knowledge that I felt gave me hope. Dr. Cook exploited my need for care and my vulnerability as a young woman. I also thought I was the only one he had victimized, but I know now that the pathology of predators ... read more

Dr. Cook takes time with you unlike most Doctors. I've been seeing him for almost 5 years and without him I would not be here right now. His level of care and compassion was so impressive mt Mother went out of network to see him. He made such a difference in her life. He made her last few years so much better and at almost 80 years old she had returned to working and being active, happy, and able to work. Quality of life is important and he cares. I know there is only so much medicine can do but having a doctor who you know ... read more

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Cook. I was put on high doses of opiates for fibromyalgia. I have never had a DR. WHO talks a lot about sexual things. But he did. I am a female but even when my husband went in with me, Dr. COOK spoke like this. This wasnt the worst part. I was misdiagnosed. I was young. In my 40s. The high doses of drugs killed my chance of having any more children. I have no eggs now. Im not in menopause but I don't have a period. I am devistated. After 4 plus years I demanded an MRI AND it showed ARTHRITIS (NO N... read more

I have fought the better part of my adult life with begging doctors to understand what I was telling them. Some doctors are on a God complex and could care less about what the patient says. And then some could just care less about your situation and give you a med to shut you up. Believe this. My first appointment with Dr Cook lasted for over 3 hours. I am almost 56 years old and it beats the pure heck out of me having to drive the 2.5 hours to see him. However, if we lived 10 hours away it would be worth the drive and the p... read more

All the positive ratings on here about Dr. Cook is so true. I can add that Dr. Cook is God sent. After being a patient of his for 12 1/2 yrs, about 3-4 yrs ago he informed me that he could no longer accept insurance and that he would refer me to another Dr. SMH,I thought about my the prior neurologist; I politely said I'll pay you out of pocket. Thanks to you Dr. Cook a lot of my pain has been alleviated. May you continue to excel with excellence in your job knowledge. To Tracy and Sandra kudos! 17

Pain consumes your life at times. Other times it becomes so intense that you can't get it off your mind at all. I went to Dr. Cook for several problems. I am 54 years old and have been lied to by some Dr.s. I like most of us have met many doctors that do not care near as much about their patients as they do the way they appear to some judging body, or their own pocketbook. And then after being taken advantage of financially and robbed of HOPE its bad. that is hard when folks do not have the money. And honestly, right at the ... read more

I had gone to other Dr's for my migraines and they threw scripts at me and did tests. The migraines continued. I saw Dr. Cook and within a year of working with me I don't have an average of one migraine at least a week to about one every 3 to 4 months and I now have a medicine and knowledge from him that I attack them and they don't put me down for days, maybe for an hour or so. I can't beleive how much this man has changed the quality of my life. I would recommend him to anyone and I have. Sometimes he is slow getting to yo... read more

I have been going to Dr. Cook for over 10 years and I have never met any doctor who surpasses him in knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. He is the only doctor out of MANY who has been able to help me with the pain and insomnia associated with fibromyalgia. He does everything possible to support the patient to be able to live with a debilitating condition. As for the past personal slam against him I will never believe it of this highly principled and EXCELLENT physician. His intelligence and knowledge always amaze me ... read more
