AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Incompetent Drs, receptionists who think they have a medical degree and virtually impossible to get an appointment to see an actual dr. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Completely gone down hill since the good Drs left. They need to review their booking system completely
The worst GP surgery!! Poor customer service and care from receptionists. They try by all means not to get you an appointment. I had to cry over the phone requesting an appointment for my 5 year old. This surgery doesn't even deserve 1 star, it's horrendous. I have been with the for near 5 year and each and everytime I need their service it's been a hussle.
Worst GP SURGERY IN LEICESTER!! Rude receptionists no idea about customer service or how to use the computers they’re working on. Not sure why they have computers now as they can’t booo you an appointment in person…prescriptions are always wrong with items missing after you have waited 4 days for someone to sign it off they can’t even do that right. Dr Sameer Joshi diagnosed possible blood clot sent me to LRI I really didn’t want to go but caught before damage was done, he was correct blood clot in each lung. Can’t thank you enough
