I can't believe the exceptionally good experience I have had so far with this practice after I recently moved to the area. The receptionists have been soooo helpful and the one nurse appt I have had went extremely well. After the trials of Sutton Group Practice, this is heaven. Long may it last!
I give four stars because I’m very happy when Dr Harjit. Done a good job for my little daughter: Mareme.
Never no appointments wen u ring 8am. Receptionist not much use either. But if u turn up. Surgery empty
I only gave one star so I could complain it doesn't allow a 0. The surgery has a new phone number but only people with mobiles seem to be sent a text message stating this. My parents are at this surgery but don't have mobiles they haven't had any notification of this change. How many other patients who are elderly have been notified of this change??? . This surgery just do not care about their patients.
The staff members in reception and the doctors at this surgery do not care about their patients. From experience booking appointments with my mother they only answer the call at 8am to take bookings, upon waiting on the phone for 20 mins somebody answered the phone and hung up straight away. So I thought I'd pop down and make an appointment over their intercom, jumped in my car and drove down only to be told that bookings are only allowed to be made on the phone for that exact day at 8am.
