ThisbDoctor surgery Is the worst Doctors I've ever been to, The reception staff are RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THEY CANT HELP YOU AND THEY CANT BE BOTHERED, FOB YOU OFF WITH 111 OR NHS WEBSITE, CAN NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANYTHING. 0/10 POOR AND AVOID.
Tried Ringing for my Dad. It keeps being engaged. Tried every 10 minutes.
Tried calling up to book an important appointment and sat in the que for 2 hours to then be hung up on!!! Tried to do an online consultation, none available, god knows what happened but I might as well just wait in A&E to see the GP there 🫠
Literally the worst doctors I've ever been to. They're completely horrendous. Can never get through, half the staff have an attitude as if it's a chore to do their job. I got sent on a goose chase to ring the doctors that they sent me to in order to get my results. I had to call 4 separate times to pass on an email so that the other surgery could contact them.
