I can't praise them enough. I walked into the surgery one day with a possible urine infection, produced a sample which was "dipsticked" straight away. My sample was sent off to the lab, a prescription for antibiotics was sent immediately to my chemist and I took my first tablet all within 40 minutes, including travelling time. You couldn't get that service in many surgeries!
Been with this practice for 20+ years. Post Covid I would rate them worst in UK. Can’t see doctors, can’t get appointments, get stupid texts on test results from Dr who have not event checked medical history! All you get is forms to fill and receptionist that can’t even make appointments!
Not good to be called a doctor they don’t ask them phone and the email is off a lot of times
My blood pressure is very high and tried online service but not working I called them couple of days ago again they sent me a link after weekend I am tried again no working it’s proper stress this Gp.
