Poor service. Got a phone call appoint for the time 15:10. Time turned 16:10 and hadn't heard anything, so I called up asking if I would get my call, and I was told the doctor or whoever was going to call me, would call me after she finished her clinic. Didn't exactly know when that would be, but I didn't receive a call for the rest of the day. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they would call me back the next day but they never did.
THE WORST! My mum called up and the lady was so rude! She told my mum off and shouted at her. My mum and me are thinking of leaving. Also when you are on hold they play the same music that have been there probably from when they first opened. And the shortest time me and my mum have probably waited was about an hour unless we call right on time when they open at 8. One time I think my mum was at like 50 or like 100 in people being on hold. Ridiculous! I hate this place.

Worst clinic in Ipswich. They don't help people at all, and they don't want to give translators when someone needs them because they can't speak English. They explain that the translator costs a lot and the NHS will not pay that much for them... I do not recommend this clinic to anyone without knowing the English language.
