Dear Practice Manager, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a receptionist during my calls to the surgery on 22/09/2025 at approximately 08:30am. Cannot get appointments without waiting for 3 weeks. The econsult forms are a ridiculous request, especially when you need an emergency appointment. It takes over 20 mins to complete one on average, in that time the receptionist could have booked multiple appointments. The forms are not fit for purpose for everyone and therefore we’re left having to select one category and then they review based on that and judge if you need to be seen to or not.
