Always had lovely lady receptionist on the phone, very friendly and doctors very accommodating and helpful
Receptionist is a cheeky horrible woman, you phone already feeling vulnerable and unwell and you get spoken to like your an idiot, they don’t want to give you an appointment if it’s not an emergency, if it was an emergency I’d phone an ambulance or go to A&E
When calling it’s nightmare thus far I’ve held in for 48 minutes been number 1 in the call queue for 29 minutes! Just ridiculous phone bill will be through the roof
Doctors are great. Although it seems to be a different doctor every time, which isn't very personal atall. Receptionists can be very difficult to deal with and rude. They give the impression they cant be bothered most of the time, which reflects badly on the entire practise (clock battery hasn't been changed for months is just one example) Can take ages to get through if phoning. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, which isn't acceptable.
