Probably one of the most uncomfortable experiences. I visited to re register and had a tall blonde lady come from an upstairs office with the rudest most degrading attitude telling me she knows I don’t live in The UK when I do and have done since I was born. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to like that in my life. And thank you to the receptionist who apologised on her behalf after I left very upset.
What a joke off people in this survey do not go, they seriously don’t care about anyone, if I had my way, I would not get one star, only need to put one star to post this post, but they so don’t deserve any kind of star

One of the worst doctors around. Rude receptionists who fob you off when you need something. Impossible to get appointments, absolutely no help, would avoid if possible
