Very poor service No appointment system they tell you to call the surgery at 8am when one calls one is usually caller number 12 once you get through if you do at all! No appointments left! The people who work there are not native English speakers which adds to the unprofessionalism! Why is the surgery still open ? Why can’t we get an appointment as one should? Ridiculous do not recommend at all it should be shut down taking NHS resources and wasting them
The worst GP I ever saw in my life. Every time you call them for an appointment, the call doesn't go through. I don't know why the government gave them a license.
I’m glad I changed drs as this was a my family’s and grandparents doctor I was heavily pregnant and had an appointment at the surgery I arrived on time but the door was locked (they started to make patients wait outside) I waiting 25 minutes I called the surgery no one answered they were inside imm100% mind you I was heavily pregnant so I decided to go home then I received a phone call saying i have not arrived!
