My children see Dr. Bumatay and love her! I called the answering service for the on call dr which happened to be this doctor. She was rude when she was asking me questions and before giving advice she asked how long we’ve been her patient and when I told her I was another patient she said “then call your doctor” and hung up on me! They rotate shifts and take each other’s patients during the night that’s why they have on call. I couldn’t believe that happened. I will be following through with this. My son has a VP shunt... when I asked to get referred to maderas children's hospital instead of Oakland... they did. Many Drs will refer you where they want to not where you ask. She always attends my 7 KIDS when I go in even without an appointment when they're sick! I LOVE IT ��
They force unnecessary cosmetic procedures on infants and when the mother refuses they call cps? Its his body his choice. No medical industry in the world recommends genital mutilation. Shame on you!
She is a very good doctor for the little ones! My favorite by far!
They have done a decent job taking care of kids. They dont rush you in the rooms they take their time. Sometimes there is a long wait when you have appointments. Needs to be little more time management on their appointment dont have back to back appointments.
