DO NOT go to this doctor!!!!! He is HORRIBLE!!! NEVER returns calls and closes his office without ANY notice leaving patients without prescriptions or help! This was the worst experince I have EVER had with a doctor!
I wish I would have read this before I started my 5 month treatment with Yacoub. His office staff was very rude, and I had many problems with getting them to fax information to my insurance company. Yacoub does not return phone calls, you have to repeatedly call in to get prescriptions refilled. It will take weeks at a time to get a call back, his office staff repeatedly lied to me about paperwork and such, stating that they called it in, or faxed it off and never did. Do NOT go to this doctor. He refuses to give me my medical records and fill out forms I need for work. Does not return calls or messages. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. WARNING Do not go to this doctor.
