I found Dr Yacoub’s information on the Internet while surfing for a specialist to help my son who had been having issues for 7 years. Despite consistent counseling, expensive screening/evaluation, testing, specialist visits and even medication he was still not doing great. Numerous suggestions made to previous healthcare providers to try other options fell on deaf ears. I believe because my son’s symptoms were not typical of the norm it was difficult for anyone to diagnose and give him the appropriate treatment that he neede... read more

Run...don't walk away from this person!! Dr. Yacoub was to order me two very important tests and after my calling five times in two weeks I found out he never even sent my information to my insurance carrier for the final okay. No one in his office bothered to return my five calls. Very un-professional. RUNNNNNNnnn to another neurologist...I did and I'm so glad I did!

saw a lot of negative remarks online. Glad I went. Very calm, listened to my health history. Did a test in office. Offered water, coffee. Very hospitable. Sent for MRI, called me personally the night of exam..asked if I had any results. Which I did not. He called again personally when he got them. we discussed the normal results. Suggested lab work and I did not have to go back just for a visit to to get lab paperwork. Glad I am seeing him

Don't waste your time or money on this doctor! Seems very helpful your first appointment but it is all downhill from there. I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor and his office. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a few months thinking that it might just be a disorganized staff but I think it seems that way because they can't do anything other then schedule your appointments and take copays. If you want to know about a bill you need to call for months before the doctor actually lets you know what you ... read more

Dr Yacoub SAVED my life. I was suffering from migraines that were preventing me from living and even functioning. Several doctors gave me an RX for Percocet and sent me on my way. Obviously didn't help. He did lots of testing, and was able to find my " miracle" drug that PREVENTED headaches, without side effects. I went from having migraines daily, to not inYEARS. I got my life back. If you have an issue with office staff, which can be difficult to contact, please email him yourself. I did once and he emailed me immediately,... read more

Started seeing dr yacoub in sept.2014. He was very convincing in the first appointment in understanding your situation and wanting to help. After that first appointment it's downhill from there. He walks into the office 30 minutes late. I shouldn't be in your office before you. He doesn't follow HIPAA guidelines. I don't want to know the other patients information and I don't want them to know mine. Every visit he wants to change your medication. Don't ever leave a message because 2 weeks later no one will have called you ba... read more

This dr is a con. He is the owner and boss his staff couldn't cancell appointments if he didn't want them to. He is to busy in his back office jerking off or drinking ( ever notice his gum chewing or mints) rather than doing his job what you are all paying him for. Yes if you ever felt creepy around him your feelings were correct he's a creep.

It's not his office staff that sucks. It's him! He may act nice to the patients he doesn't despise (trust me, there are plenty and he speaks terribly about them behind their backs)... but his office staff can only do so much. He cancels entire days at random leaving the receptionists scrambling to reach and reschedule every patient before the come in to an office without a doctor to see. He has no regard for patients who are needing refills so don't be fooled. I once had a desperate mother show up trying to get a refill for ... read more

His office staff sucks. Been with his practice for 7 years. He's not a bad doctor. It's his office staff constantly canceling and then lying about med refills
