This used to be a great Dr's but because they have no staff it's becoming impossible. Yet boa has loads of Dr's. But now they are overstretched. I can't even get a repeat prescription, if I don't have it I get very nasty symptoms because my bodies used to it. And I am up for a review which I can't have unless I put my prescription in I'm told by boa which I wasn't told yesterday at this surgery. Terrible terrible terrible. Making a phone call seems to be pretty pointless as the receptionist cannot stop talking to every single person for more than 15 minutes which last week I saw first hand as I waited for her to stop talking an book me for an appointment she made me wait 15 minutes for. I'm utterly disgusted about how this is ran.
