Appointment was on time, Dr Zac was very professional and polite. Treatment on the day. Very satisfied.
Asked at reception to book my next appointment She said it was done and gave me a date and time. When it came to it she hadn’t booked it at all. One of many problems with this and Leyland surgery
Today I had an appointment with a wonderful nurse named Leonore. This is the second appointment with this lady recently and both times she has helped me more than anyone has in numerous years! She is kind and experienced and I will ensure my appointments are with her in future where possible. Excellent .
So now they just hang up on you if they don't know what to do. I called and asked if my cancer treatment made me qualify for free COVID test (at the pharmacy - the NHS website says to call your GP). And they decided to just hang up on me.
