Supposed to be open at 8 am but when you try phoning you get a engaged sound then it cuts off. You can keep trying this for 20 minutes then suddenly you're number 14 with no possible way of getting a doctors appointment. Doctors ask you to make a routine appointment but secretaries never have any appointments left.
