The worst GP in London, Poundland customer service are much better than Ampthil Practice receptionists. Receptionists there are rude and arrogant with no manners, won’t accept their mistakes and try to brush it under the carpet. Doctors there may have the qualifications but don’t provide the service every patient needs, their service is extremely poor, they try to rush through appointments rather than getting into the details of things. I won’t recommend this GP at all.
