I am extremely grateful for dr moncada at our barkantine practise ive walked around with an appendix that had an abcess on it felt extremely unwell she rang the hospital right away and i was taken straight in had surgery and also had an unbilical tear which was fixed, when i was discharged my arm hurt so much i was holding it in the air staight away without hesitation she called the surgeon and sent me back the cannular had been put in the middle of my right arm i had a 4cm dvt in it. Dr. C. Moncada has been my regular GP for the past 8 years or so. I can't thank her enough. Not only is she professionally caring, but also, she's more humane, compassionate, listening, kind-hearted, friendly, and patient. She has a genuine will of doing anything in her capacity as a doctor to help you. I don't think it's fair to blame a doctor for the protracted ills of the NHS.
Spoke to her whilst trying to get a GP appointment following hospitalization. Tried to fob me off with nurses appointments and didn't even state they were with a nurse until I asked who it would be with. When I informed her that the A&E doctor stated I needed to see an actual doctor she threw one appointment at me which I accepted and then hung up on me without confirming it was booked. So phenomenally rude - a really disgusting individual.
They will avoid by any chance to send you to a specialist. They will even suggest you to go private instead of arranging an appointment with a specialist. No human treatment whatsoever! UNBELIEVABLE!
