Modern, clean. covers a lot of medical disciplines. Has dedicated clinics for long term infirmaties, eg; Diabetic. Associated partners at St. Stevens in Adelade St in Redditch. Teaching facility . Patient participation via Kingfisher DPP. Over all a practice to be proud of. Medical staff and Reception excellent. Phone calls in the morning for appointments are slower than patients would like , the same as everywhere else, but excellent teams regularly check performance.
We were visiting my parents this weekend and our son became ill, we were too far away for our doctors so we took him to my parents doctor surgery, they were brilliant, saw him very quickly, no issues, made us feel very welcome. Lovely doctor. Would highly recommend.
