Getting an appointment has been difficult for a long time, but it was eventually possible to see someone who could at least simulate interest and intelligence. Now part-timers and locums who you will never see again and are not really interested, either in you or developing their skills, and will do their utmost to fob you off rather than make a decision or do something decisive. Just had a conversation with Julie the secretary. She was very abrupt and very very unhelpful . Disgraceful service.

Caring and personal touch. Always makes you feel you are the only patient of the day. A very good empathetic listener. Best GP care ever.
This is an excellent medical practice. I feel lucky to have been looked after for the last 12 years by this magnificent team of pleasant, professional, people.
