Completely gone downhill from the days of Dr Bradford. No care or empathy for patients. Emergency walk in clinic shocking. Waiting an hour and no tri age done so appointments not done in order of priority as they say. You just get split amongst doctors who already have full appointments and have to wait until they have done all then. No point calling that an emergency walk in. When you see the doctor they don’t care that you are upset and unwell Intend to look for new surgery. Will miss Dr Abraham who is the best Dr there.
