Since dr Xzavier has left the surgery the service has deteriorated to a point i am looking for a new doctors. It is impossible to get an appointment when you are ill. I have used the emergency doctors every time I have needed an appointment.
This Doctors Pratice has a poor service.i whent to an appointment to see the Doctor. I had to wait over a week. That's out of order
The best gp surgery. The doctors are excellent and the receptionists are friendly and always helpful and caring. The my gp app makes contacting my gp directly really easy
This is the second time I've had an issue with the practice. First time was when I put an referral to see a miscarriage specialist at Royal Bolton Hospital to Dr Jepson. Which after so many weeks I phoned up to be told it had been put on hold by one of the admin. She had took it under her own control after I phoned maybe 2 weeks after referral and stated I wanted to book in for a 1st midwife appointment as I just found out I was pregnant.
