I have been most impressed by the professional response by Megan the receptionist. I needed urgent help for my cousin from Holland. She was most helpful and efficient. The young doctor, who was on duty Friday late afternoon was very helpful too and solved the problem. We are very grateful. A big thank you to the Southgate surgery team!

Just tried to book a routine appointment and was told all available slots are taken for the next two weeks and I will have to call back next week and try my luck as they don't take bookings out side of that ! Seriously who is responsible for dreaming up this debacle of a booking system ? Mat
