Tried to call three separate times to make an appointment or even just to speak to a receptionist but just rang through all three times. Would like to know what exactly the receptionists are getting paid to do since they never answer the phones.
Unfortunately I'm finding it more and more difficult to get an appointment these days. Phone at 8.30 and all appointments are gone by 8.45 and that's when I've been either 7 or 19 In the queue, also been number 27 with no hope. Been told to queue outside but doing the school run at this time. Could do with the English system of online appointments which is fair to all.
a totally and utterly disgusting and un professional bunch of doctors. who dont care a dam for there patients i have been on there books for 36years and the last 5 years i have been put in hospital 4 times because of lack of monitoring of my medication by a certain doctor at this at this practice made me ill. all they now seam to care about is the money they get for people being on there books it never used to be like this when i joined there practice. i would never recommend no one to this doctors practice. just hope they d... read more
Receptionist answering the phone is extremely rude and clearly has no intention to do her job. Would rather brush you off day after day and speak down to you if you confront the situation. Makes booking an appointment near enough impossible, even emergency appointments you need to argue with the receptionist to make.
