My wife and I went for our colonoscopies. Very friendly staff . Specially the Nurses and Anesthetists are excellent. Dr Indrakrishnan did a wonderful job and removed many polyps .We had no pain whatsoever . We attended a birthday party same evening.
I am really thankful for Dr. Indrakrishnan. My first Colonoscopy was great. The whole staff was fantastic and very understanding and empathic about my current mental state especially the nurses. Dr. Indrakrishnan was very informative and compassion when speaking to me. I am very grateful. Highly recommended
Dr. Indrakrishnan listened carefully to my symptoms and really cared about getting to the root of my health issue. He respected my time and even checked my insurance deductible himself before scheduling my procedure. The 2 ladies in the reception area were rude, unfriendly and seemed aggravated, which made them unapproachable. I wish that the reception staff was caring, warm, and friendly. The ladies are certainly doing a disservice to his practice.
This was my first visit to this Dr. He is very caring and very thorough with his procedures. Explains your options if needed. Fast and efficient. Also his staff is friendly and professional they make your visit very comfortable and less stressful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Indrakrishnan to anyone and everyone.
This was my first experience in this clinic, my first colonoscopy & it was done by Dr. Indrakrishnan, in my opinion my visits to this clinic, as well as through my procedure, he provided one of the best, professional, caring, informative & exceptional treatments. Scheduled my colonoscopy quickly after my consultation. Great staff and completely painless.
I was not comfortable doing the procedure and Dr Indrakrishnan was great in making me comfortable. The day of the procedure his staff was just wonderful and gave legendary service. It felt that you were with family at this clinic as the staff ensured that you were provided all the information you needed and made you feel welcomed with a sense of calm. They built trust as they were very professional taking care to explain and my husband who had to do the procedure also felt the same.
