The visit and doctor were great. What needs improvement is the office staff. Stephanie needs some training on customer service. She is rude and not inviting. The wait time to see the doctor needs to improve as well. Email forms to patients prior to visit. Stephanie got the wrong information for my insurance coverage and the ladies in the back order over the counter meds that should have been covered by insurance.
I am satisfied. No issues after care.
The doctor is detailed and he takes the time to listen to you. In addition, he cares about your health.
I trust Dr. Indrakrishnan with all my related health care. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Indrakrishnan and his staff did a great job, I recommend him for the any colonoscopy procedure.
After putting it off for years, my wife and children forced me to get a colonoscopy this week. I was nervous about getting it because I thought it was going to be painful but I was totally wrong. It was very easy and painless. The TOUGHEST part was drinking the required powder pre-procedure. Dr. I and his team were absolutely professional and did an awesome job at keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend this team !!
Out of network bill is what you can expect after undergoing procedures with Dr. Indrakrishnan. I don't know if it's the doctor's fault, or the staff's, anyway. You risk losing a lot of money. About treatment – here, everything is not clear. Initially, the doctor made a pleasant impression, gave a lot of good advice. He persuaded me for ultrasound and a gastroscopy. I was very please with my consultation, Staff and Dr. were very pleasant, answered all my questions.I felt very comfortable with getting a procedure done the following week Besides the long wait the procedure went smooth and I was made me feel very comfortable..
Dr. Indrakrishnan great in his field but not in his office scheduling appointments. He schedules appointments and makes you wait for over an hour for a minute consultation. The procedures went well but again the wait times are scheduled hours before the procedures which only takes 20 minutes. This is unacceptable! Callie, my nurse was exceptional! Kudos to Callie.
