Dr. Indrakrishnan and his entire staff were very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate about my overall health. He and his staff listened to me and answered all of my questions. I am confident that Dr. Indrakrishnan and his staff will continue to offer excellent services in the future.
This was my first visit. We did wait almost an hour to get back to the room. First impression of Dr. Indrakrishnan He seemed like a Dr. who will take the time to help me with my medical decisions.

Seemed distant staff never called back for a referral
This is the best gastro and one of the absolute best physicians in general that I have been to in years. Dr. Indrakrishnan is knowledgeable and very easy to understand. He listens. He cares. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They respect your time. I have been recommending this practice to all my family and friends.
The office waits until you get to your appointment to check your insurance coverage. They should do that when you make the appointment. You sit there and wait an hour or more for one person to check each patient’s insurance, answer phone calls, check people in, schedule appointments and everything else. Then you finally go back and have to wait some more! Finally, when you see the doctor, he only spends 10 - 15 minutes. If you go, pack a lunch and plan to wait.
The services that I receive from Dr. Indrakrishnan, was excellent he was kind he took time to listen he also explained to me in a very clear manner about the up coming Procedure. The staff was very friendly helpful. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
