I recently received care from Dr. Bhuvanendram Indrakrishnan, MD, and the team at Gwinnett Digestive Clinic, PC in Lawrenceville, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Great professionalism but wait times are way too long: appt. at 9am, 2 hours waiting in the waiting room then moved to a preparation room to get my IV installed then another hour wait until I was finally moved to the procedure room by 12:15 for a 20 mins. procedure!
I was referred here by my PCP and it’s been very professional. Explained in detail with a chart diagram of what was expected and what, where issues usually arise. I had an internal hemorrhoid issue and they used a rubber band ligation for this procedure. Pain less procedure at that. Definitely recommended for your digestive services.
I made an appointment as a first time patient to schedule my first colonoscopy. The waiting room was dirty. Behind the counter patient files were clearly overflowing from file cabinets and in disarray across the reception desk. The receptionists handled patients in person while also talking on the phone. I was given several pages of redundant forms to fill out. I arrived at 9:45am for a 10:00am appointment. At 10:30am I had still not been called back from the waiting room. I cancelled my appointment and will go elsewhere.

My husband was in the clinic waiting for the doctor, when he was in the consultation room the doctor was doing too many tasks at the same time and never give time to him to explain his issues, just said he going to need the treatment but never explain nothing, nrver ask about concerns and did not have any time to clarify any doubt about his health.Very unprofessional interrupting the consulting time doing diferent things during the time that need to be specially to attend the patient.
The doctor reviewed information from a current test. He was very detailed and guided my impression of the results to be positive. He asked about my needing a new prescription and had the prescription sent directly to my pharmacy. The doctor gives excellent information. I have been seeing Dr Indrakrishnan for about 17 years. Very caring and very helpful in correcting my health issues. I recommend him.
the lady who sits by the counter is rude - so you get a hang of what it is going to be like.the elderly nurse is the ONLY person who has any feelings , sympathy, care. rest are all machines.Indra krishnan is a busy man. He only spends less than 5 mins, no matter what your problem is.He will quickly recommend a colonscopy, so he can squeeze more money out of you.NEVER GO THERE - THANK ME LATER.
Dr. Indrakrishnan and his staff were very knowledgeable and patience with great care to my wife and myself. Learned a lot by just by being in the office and with the material available to read.
