Don’t like the clinic saff are so rude idk wat thy get paid for I rang coz I can’t see my blood results on my nhs app n tht said manager will call u she didn’t call me rang again on Monday for her to say manager is busy ring tomorrow this is piss take I rang at 8 for half n hour and kept saying ther busy call back later worse doctors ever
Good surgery, got options for same day calling and booking appt and booking prebooked by calling on Friday evening. All doctors and receptionists are good.
Very disappointed so hard to get appointments and some doctors are to be charged because they don’t do job properly. The only staff that are helpful and understanding are the receptionist specially Jay she’s so kind and always try to help when is emergency. I wish the GP system could change and have more availability and proper doctors.
