as usual rubbish experience, call because in pain because of kidney issues/stone pain , and fobbed off, not even bothering to check file and see that this is an ongoing issue and even checking if can be seen just been told to call 111 but ill most likely not going to be seen. easier to book in for a minor ache or pain than when in actual pain .
My first time having an appointment at the surgery today and I had a really pleasant experience. Reception I spoke to was lovely and so was Dr. Holder and another Dr who assisted her!
