Worst surgery in the world and must be avoid at all cost. Not only are all the staff horrible but they treat and talk rudely to every patients. The worst one is the owner Dr Shah, who thinks she's all that and talks rudely to every patient and even got caught smoking in her surgery by few patients. They always mess up with the medications and prescriptions that you have to contact them every time and instead of sorting it they argue and fight about. It's a never ending circle with these guys. Excellent patient care, always manage to get appointments and provide great service. The GPs and their staff are really helpful
No doctors available. After COVID they do whatever they want and nobody cares.
Very unprofessional staffs. They don’t even know what they are doing and incapable of giving a proper advice. Three days ago they said my referral to Healthwise is done and I just need to wait to hear from them. When I enquired with Healthwise, they have nothing for me on the system and advised me to ask the gp to give the referral letter so that I can bring it to them myself. When went to the gp and asked for it, then they say that I need to call and book an appointment with the nurse. This is not even different receptionis... read more
Jannet is very polite and humble she deals very professionaly although i was 20minutes late she gave me time and completed my test lady on reception was also very cooperative ...
