Very disappointed with the service, they don't seem able to figure out the automated appointment booking system via ask first and cancel urgent appointments, had urgent appointments cancelled 2 days in a row with either no notice or notice via a call 5 minutes before the appointment. I would recommend booking with the GP service down the road at Auckland surgery.
I was waiting over an hour for my appointment, without any explanation to why it was taking so long. This is an appointment I have had to fight for because of lack of availability and Corona. Even though I understand that we are in a difficult time and circumstances can arise this is a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. Especially as I have taken time out of my schedule, being self employed, means that if I take time out I don't get paid. No apologies in sight ...... Terrible service!!!
