I had an excellent experience all round
Everyone was polite. The Dr. listens to your issues and tries to figure out your problem. This was only a follow-up /check-up. I had some symptoms, and she recommended these (2) over the counter meds.... which seem to be doing the trick. I thought I was gonna have to have another colonoscopy, but apparently I was wrong (thank God). She's a little hard to understand, but I am confident she knows what she's talking about..... and she has helped me !
This was my first visit to this office and Dr. Steephen. Her office staff were very pleasant as was Dr. Steephen herself. Questions were answered in a very professional manner. She took her time, did not rush us out the door and made us feel at ease.
