My colonoscopy went quickly and was over before I knew it. Dr. Steephen was very professional and informative of results. Would definitely use her again.
1. After reading neg reviews on BCBS site I (politely) asked for diff doc. Unexpectedly switched back to Stephens. 2. Day of Endo Dr. came in with NO ID badge. NO introduction. Clicked on computer. Said something unintelligible. Sighed. Stretched. Made a hand gesture. And began walk out. I had to stop her and say “Are you the Doctor!?” 3. That determined, she said she’d do a balloon proc for my swallowing trouble HUH? That was NOT my complaint! She only had “we will see” for ANY quests I asked. 4. I found Dr. Steephen to be very nice as well as the nurses. Everyone was just great and acted very professional. I felt cared for during the whole process of the colonoscopy. Afterwards, the nurse asked me what I wanted to drink. This was a nice touch that I appreciated very much. Good experience, I would go back to her.
Excellent communicator who talked with me before and after my procedure. The procedure went perfectly. I really appreciated the followup information given and her taking time to go over my medical history before and my procedure outcome after.
Dr Steephens was very thorough, asked appropriate questions, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and kind. She also coordinated with other subspecialists I have. I give Dr Steephens my highest rating.
I don't choose my doctors. I let my drug rep wife do it for me. She knows just about all of the GI doctors in North Texas and she told me to go see Dr. Steephen. I've been treated by Dr. Steephen for years and wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. She really is the best.
Dr. Steephen is a great doctor who was able to give me a proper diagnosis which allowed me to get help with the issues I am having. I am glad to have found her and will continue to rely on her for my medical needs.
I was very pleased with my office visit with Dr. Steephen. She is soft spoken but very professional . My colonoscopy regimen and procedure was the best one I’ve had . She is easy to talk to and very clear in her instructions and explanation of specific information you need .
Dr Steephen is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Her administrative staff, along with her nursing staff, always respond when I call the office with any question or concern.
