Dr Steephen and her staff were friendly and very professional. This was my first visit, so I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived and was greeted with a smile, I felt relieved. It's been "my" experience, if the staff (especially at check in) is happy, friendly and thorough, chances are, the doctor will be as well.
