I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Dr.Castellano is a very good practitioner!
