Did your provider offer a holistic approach to your experience with them? This provider did nothing for me that made me feel like I'd want to go back.

I only went to see Dr Castellano once but I will definitely never return. My experience with her office was horrible. First off I had to wait 1 1/2 hours past my appointment to even see the doctor with no explanation or apology. Her exam and the proposed treatment for my skin problems was OK, but I was a bit underwhelmed by her impersonal bedside manner.
