I went in to have her check a mole on my face that had always been there, but seemed recently as though it was changing. Not an ugly mole, small, it gave my face some character, but I had heard that changes in a mole could mean bad things, so in I went. While waiting in the exam room, I heard Dr. Castellano talking just outside my door before she entered, "So, this is the last patient before lunch??" She came in followed by a girl in street clothes. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Aside from my appointment time, which was delayed by nearly an hour and a half, Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out the way they said it would.
