After 7 months of visiting this practice every 2 weeks with crippling sinus pain and being fobbed off with painkillers, I moved to a different surgery and was IMMEDIATELY put on a course of strong antibiotics and strong painkillers. I am now waiting for surgery to correct the damage caused by 7 months of having a severe, untreated sinus infection. I am taking legal advice regarding making a complaint to the GMC.
I was a patient of 'Church Grange' and stuck with them when they moved and became 'Crown Heights Medical Centre'. They are the height of professional and will do their best to assist you. I cannot recommend them enough.
