ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
Dr. Nanci is very proactive and listens to my concerns. She enabled her staff to follow up to receive my skin cancer biopsy results. It was positive, requiring Mohs surgery.
Dr. Andreea Nanci and her staff are definitely on my list of highest quality of providers. She is passionate about providing the highest standard of care to her patients.
All my questions were answered. I never feel hurried.
I drive a long way to see Dr. Nanci, because she is totally worth it! She always answers all questions and puts me at ease. Dr. Nanci has saved my Life and I am forever grateful!
The Doctors and nurses at the facility are wonderful....that being said, I have to express my unhappiness with the UCI Diagnostic Lab on the 3rd floor of the Plaza bldg are absolutely terrible! They do NOT know what they are doing half the time. My last blood draw...5 vials, was to go directly to Dr. Nanci for my upcoming visit. They never got there...the nurse had to hunt them down. They were never posted to my My Chart so I could see them. They didn't ever get the Cancer Antagin test back to Dr. Nanci or posted. This is no... read more
Dr Nanci was on a tear. Talking about how she single-handedly told plastics that breast implants were dangerous. It was my visit almost five years out from my initial diagnosis. DrNanci disregarded my presents and just made the visit about herself and how smart she is! How many times did she state '" I am the smartest person in the room"! She is an excellent doctor. She is always informative and caring and I would recommend her to anybody any of my friends.
Everything concerning my vist and experience with Dr. Nanci and the staff was excellent (perfect). Dr. Nanci provided a thorough and professional physical and chart examination of my health. She has trained herself and staff to address every conceivable need that a patient might need or have. (i.e., medication re-fills sent directly to preferred pharmacy, lab orders, summary of that day's visit, help to schedule the follow up appointment).
