Dr. Guerra's nurse explained things to me and she had to repeat them because I was so stressed from what had occurred. And doctor, excuse me... Dr. Nancy...Dr. Nancy was very nice and kind and sympathetic to to my pain and to my...to the discovery that I had cancer again. She... she called the surgeon Dr. Guerra for me, I thought it was really very kind and nice of her and her staff. The staff was very, very nice to me. Thank you.
Dr Nanci is the Best !! Makes feel very comfortable and answered all my questions I had .. went above and beyond to make sure before I left the office is he had answered all my questions and scheduled an appt with Dr Lee .. Wow I wish all UCI offices and Doctors be like her .. {redact information}
Since all my other Dr's are in a different system Of briefly considered getting a new oncologist, but Dr. Nanci is beyond great. I will never change! Her nurse {staff name removed} so helpful and patient with my needs.?
Love Dr. Nanci. She is very informative and monitors my symptoms and recovery. I appreciate her and {staff name removed} her nurse very much.
Dr. Nanci had a patient with Leukemia that she was consulting on that day - I understood the situation but I felt her a little distracted and rushed.
