Keep patients in waiting room off cell phones. I spent half an hour across from a woman speaking for the entire 30 minutes on her cell phone in a different language, with her mask off. When the nurse took my blood pressure, it was really high because I was angry and irritated. Put a sign up like other doctors' offices have to step outside if you need to use your cell phone.
Dr.Nanci is very knowledgeable and professional
I don't remember much (soon after release from hospital) and was anxious to get back home since it was a longer than expected appointment. But I have great confidence in Dr Nanci: she is VERY knowledgeable, organized, and does a great job of letting you know of problems, needs, etc.
It's very cold in the offices
Excellent clinic. Organized and runs on time. Providers are top notch.
